The 2022 Mercedes-Benz Canada National Dealer Meeting, themed “A Focus on Luxury,” featured an experiential learning program in Toronto’s Yorkville area. Dealers selected their personalized “Luxury Experience” through an online registration portal, exploring insights from leaders in luxury hospitality, loyalty, and retail.

In 2022, I led digital production for Mercedes-Benz Canada’s National Dealer Meeting in Yorkville, Toronto, creating a sophisticated microsite and email sequence within the client’s CMS to streamline event communications and enhance the attendee experience.
The website centralized all event details, including itineraries, registration, and personalized breakout session selections. I designed dynamic forms to capture key attendee data, enabling the creation of hyper-targeted email segments and personalized communication cadences within the client’s CRM. This approach ensured seamless updates and tailored engagement for each dealer throughout the event.
