GM LIVE, a proprietary digital product developed, managed and optimized by Dentsu for General Motors, connects car shoppers with Product Specialists through personalized, real-time live demos, showcasing the benefits of GM products.

As a Digital Producer on the GM LIVE program, I supported the sustainment and growth initiatives that fell under the EV LIVE scope. I managed day-to-day production needs, resourcing, and project flow between vendors and agency partners. I produced timelines for product enhancements, led and facilitated creative briefs (UX/UI) and regularly supported with in-platform maintenance (CMS).
